TRANSFORMATIONAL & SPIRITUAL MENTORING, MASCULINE/FEMININE DYNAMICS, EMBODIMENT, & TRAUMA-INFORMED HEALING

I work as a women’s and couples mentor, embodiment and transformational coach. My 1:1 journeys are my deepest, most intimate offering where I walk closely with my clients, every step of the way on their path of healing, empowerment, spiritual, emotional and sexual expression and living as love.

My approach is unique in being multi-faceted and holistic, touching on the therapeutic, embodied and energetic planes, from inner child/psychological ground-work, to re-balancing inner and outer masculine/feminine dynamics, archetypal work, spirituality, sacred sexuality and intimacy, purpose work, spirituality and shamanism.

Embodiment practice through movement, dance and mainly breathwork is a key element of my offering. Understanding our patterns and trauma’s in therapeutic work is a great start, yet it is only through a re-wiring of the nervous-system, through a new lived embodied experience that a new truth is integrated. From this place, new habits, visions and dreams can be called into the space that’s been created. I’ve guided hundreds of women through embodiment journeys, with great results.

My sessions are portals where I intuitively feel what’s needed to allow my clients to elevate into more of their sovereign selves, their true selves, their highest version of themselves. This can be through discerning what is in actual alignment with your soul, opening up your heart to wider love, living from your deepest longing, leading and expanding your business from not only masculine structure but feminine magnetism, strengthening your connection to the divine, uncovering the emotional blockages that may be suppressed, standing tall and opening the voice or create safe spaces to stay with and move through emotions.

It is important for me to guide from a sense of deep compassion and interest, for you to feel truly seen in all of your delicacies and invited to bring your desires in the journey of working together; a closeness and care that would’ve made my journey that much more smooth.

My 75 min sessions begin with a drop-in meditation, followed by a check-in with what’s alive in my client’s process. Depending on what’s needed, I offer counselling, in-depth information on topics at hand, guided meditations, often concluding in embodied practice to integrate the teachings, move through shadow points and emerge into new empowered layers of their being.

My study and background is rooted in contemporary art, psychology, trauma informed care, attachment theory, polarity work, tantric spirituality, shamanism, energy-healing, sound-healing, plant-medicine, embodiment and breathwork.

I offer mentoring packages starting at four sessions of minimal two sessions p month. I work with a small group of women at a time so I can offer he full devotion to our co-creation and journey. I provide email and voice note support in between plus access to supplemental learning materials such as pre-recorded workshops, meditations, and practices adjusted to my client’s journey and interests to explore and reflect back on in between sessions.

This also includes a free Haseya community membership including 60+ recordings of numerous topics + embodiment journeys, basic Human Design reading and a welcome package with her special handmade essential Goddess oils, yoni-herbs, archetype card deck and poetry. I’m also open to one-off sessions to women who’ve joined my retreats or are returning students.
