YOUR TEACHERS
MEET
Sarah and Nic first met serendipitously in Berlin fourteen years ago, long before either of them had set foot on the path of healing and transformation. Eleven years later, life wove their paths together once more. By then, each had walked their own winding journey, discovering medicine in breath, embodiment, plants, and the power of sisterhood and brotherhood. When they reconnected, it was clear their work was meant to merge. What began as resonance soon became a sacred co-creation.
They teach not from theory but from lived, embodied experience. Though their connection has always felt soul-aligned, their path into union has been anything but effortless. It has demanded that each of them cultivate a strong inner union before stepping fully into relationship together. Time and again, they’ve been called to shed old patterns, confront their shadows, and alchemise it all into love. This is the devotional path they walk, the same path they now guide others into.
Besides offering their annual online spaces, both for men and women separately and for couples, they travel frequently to hold retreats and teach on intimacy and polarity. They live in Amsterdam with their son Atlas - and another baby on the way - where they enjoy family life.
NIC WARNER
Nic Warner is a modern-day mystic, a guide who stands at the threshold where ancient wisdom meets contemporary longing. For a decade, he has devoted his life to the study and practice of embodiment, intimacy, and initiation, leading men, women, and couples into deeper presence, purpose, and sacred connection.
Co-founder of men's movement, Thirteen Pines, Nic has held circles, workshops and retreats across the world, weaving together embodiment, shadow integration, intimacy, and the forgotten rites of passage that turn boys into men and men into leaders. His work is both fierce and tender: a reclamation of masculine integrity, a remembrance of devotion, and a relentless call to meet life fully awake.
Nic is not simply teaching men how to live or couples how to love. He is igniting a movement. One that remembers that relationship is sacred, that masculinity can be noble, and that sacred union is the most powerful crucible for transformation.
SARAH WARNAAR
Working as an international model at age eighteen, Sarah got to travel the world and dive into various cultures and their spiritual practises. It also brought confrontation with the superficial ways our society perceives feminine beauty, disembodiment and a hunger for deeper meaning.
As a result, Sarah moved through years of body dysmorphia till she hit a threshold that initiated her from surface level to living from the true deep feminine and embodied living.
Sarah is a community holder, artist and teacher of feminine embodiment, expression and the path of remembrance. Through her spaces - where feminine embodiment meets the feminine mysteries - she guides women back into their deepest feminine essence, heart and expression. She offers an annual online community space The Temple Of The Feminine Flame and retreats devoted to Union, in service to the Feminine Flame and expanding in the embodiment of Love.

This immersion is for couples in committed partnership who are ready to treat their relationship as a sacred path. You don’t need to “have it all together”, you simply need willingness. Union is for couples who desire more polarity, passion, intimacy, and devotion, and who are open to being guided through practices that awaken both the mystical and the practical dimensions of love.

Not at all. Union is not just about fixing what’s broken, it’s about deepening what’s already alive. Some couples join because they feel stuck in patterns of conflict or disconnection. Others come because things are good, but they long for more. More turn-on, more truth, more intimacy. Wherever you are, the practices and teachings meet you there.

This is common. Often, one partner feels the pull first. The only requirement is a willingness from both of you to step in. You don’t need to be equally enthusiastic at the start, curiosity and openness are enough. Once inside, most couples find that the shared practices naturally draw them both deeper.

All sessions are recorded and available for replay within 24 hours. While we encourage live participation (the energy of the group is powerful), you’ll never miss out on content. Many couples re-watch together to integrate more deeply.

No. All practices are guided with reverence and are fully clothed. We work with polarity, energy, breath, and presence, not explicit sexual practices. Our intention is to create a safe, trauma-informed, sacred space for deep relational intimacy.

That’s natural. Every couple feels that at first. The space we hold is sacred, trauma-informed, and deeply safe. You are never forced to share more than you want to. Most couples find that the group becomes a powerful mirror and source of support, but your pace and boundaries are always respected.

This work isn’t just about preserving a relationship at all costs, it’s about awakening truth, devotion, and integrity in love. Sometimes, what serves love is to part ways. We offer private sessions and deeper containers for couples who wish to continue their journey. Graduates of Union are also the first to be invited into advanced programs and retreats.
