As I witness the online realm of feminine embodiment, I see a lot of misconceptions about what feminine awakening exactly is. That it’s ‘reached’ through re-claiming our full sexual, wild, bold expression. Or through some mystical experience that ‘shoots us’ out of our body. The feminine unfolding of her full power of a nuanced, layered descend into our body – from head, to throat, to heart, to womb. It is through this embodied descent that we actually reach the liberation of our feminine expression – and yes, ultimately through our womb, touch the mystical. As a channel connecting the heavens and the earth, we rise.
In this two-part masterclass, I take you through the three stages of feminine awakening.

The Three Stages Of Communication
The Three Stages of Communication are originally a framework by David Deida. Those who’ve been in my containers for longer know how to work with the three stages in relationship communication.
In this masterclass, I’ve applied the stages to the process of feminine awakening, plus the embodied feminine centers – throat, heart, womb – that go with that particular stage.
This has come intuitively, from my own experience of teaching and working with hundreds of women.
The three stages are not a hierarchy: they all serve a certain moment in our lives. We’ll always be switching back and forth between the stages, asking: What serves the moment best? What would liberate the most love?
My wish is for you to get ‘three-stage savvy’ and learn to express all three, when desired.

“What is my fully embodied truth?”
This is where the feminine path begins. We start questioning our conditioning, meeting the Wild Woman, Inner Goddess, and Sovereign Creatrix within. We peel back layers, feel deeply, claim our bodies and desires, and open our voice and truth. Expression becomes fierce, sensual, free, and unapologetic. Although this feels like liberation, it is only the first step. This stage is essential yet still immature – a necessary reclamation of self.

Healthy Expression • Descent into the Heart
“How does my expression connect to others?”
As we grow, expression becomes relational. We explore not only our full emotional range, but how we connect with partners, communities, and the world. We discover the feminine needs containment, tact, and artful delivery. We refine our energy, learning when to veil and unveil without shrinking ourselves. We attune to others while staying rooted in truth. Liberation becomes nuanced, grounded, and skillful. Here, real feminine mastery begins to unfold.

Sacred Expression • Descent into the Womb
“How would love liberate this moment?”
After claiming our voice, gifts, and purpose, we feel called to surrender and serve something greater. The Mother awakens, offering creativity, devotion, and compassion. We reconcile with the masculine and return to wholeness, guided rather than self-driven. Our lives become devotional, centered on what opens the most love and divinity in each moment. We respond with courage, compassion, and presence. This is sacred expression and inner union.
